Scott and family,
I am still in shock hearing of Jane's death. I will always remember Jane speaking so lovingly about her family. I had the pleasure of getting to know Jane through the Council on Renal Nutrition. She was very dedicated to her profession and instrumental in changing the renal nutrition policies and outcomes for dialysis patients. She was an expert in her field and served as a great resource for me as well as many dietitians across the country. I was always amazed that she could ride her bicycle all the way to Austin in the MS 150 race. She was an inspiration to her peers as well as her patients. She will be greatly missed.
My deepest sympathy to you and your family,
Cathy Harrison , RD, LD

I am so sorry that you lost your Jane. I know how hard this time is for your family.
Jane was my "young" cousin. Though we did not get together, I feel a great loss. God Bless You, Jane. Our thoughts and Prayers are with you, Scott, Colby, Kirby, their spouses, and your grandchildren. Love, Tom & Mimi McKnight
Dear Scott & Family ,
I know this a very difficult time for you--yet we must know that our Dear Lord needed another precious Angel in Heaven, and her name was Jane.
Sending my prayers and love

Jane was an active member of the New Life Sunday School class. She served as Treasurer, often suggesting worthy causes for our donations. She was “Master of Ceremonies” at the White Elephant gift exchange at our annual Christmas parties. She hosted us for delicious lunches in her home. She participated in class discussion frequently offering insightful comments. We will miss Jane, and we lift up Scott, Colby and Kirbi in our prayers.
Jane was a good friend to all in our adult Sunday School class at First United Methodist Church Pearland. She was active and engaged in discussions and Bible study. She was a fantastic hostess and opened her home to feed and entertain us over and over again. Jane had a great laugh! She enjoyed our class socials and enlivened them with her wit and humor. Her helpful nature and her medical knowledge aided so many in our class and beyond. We will miss her immensely.
I enjoyed working with Jane and when she would lunch with us. She loved telling stories about her family and her fur baby. She will be greatly missed.
Jane was a great friend to us. We met at the New Life Class at First United Methodist Church Pearland back in 1989. What a blessing she was to us. We will miss Jane. Her smile and knowledge. Prayers for her family and our class.
