Janice McKenzie-Smith's Obituary
Janice Margaret McKenzie-Smith, a resident of Pearland, passed away Friday, March 3, 2006 at the age of 50 years. Janice was born June 15, 1955 in Chorley, England to David Jardine and Jeanette Mackay McKenzie.
Janice was a legal administrative assistant with Baker Botts, LLP and was of the Catholic faith. She is survived by a loving family; her beloved husband, Alex; three children, Eddie Ramos, Meghan McKenzie - Rodriguez and Jessica McKenzie – Rodriguez; two step-sons, Jeremy Smith and Dustin Smith; father, David McKenzie; sister, Linda Sessa; two grandsons, Joshua Paez and Aiden Paez; three nieces, numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 PM Tuesday, March 7, 2006, at Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland. A Celebration of Janice’s Life will be held at 7 PM Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland. For those desiring, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
