Jeffrey Alan Howard was born to Catherine and Burton Howard in Hillsboro, Florida on November 5, 1955. He is survived by his wife Tammy Matysiak Howard and by siblings Suzie DeGennaro, Melissa Broussard and David Howard. He is also survived by his nephews John Matysiak, Chance Dalton, niece Laura Matysiak Yoakum. Jeff adored his great nephew Mason Matysiak and his great nieces Charlotte and Jamie Yoakum. Jeff was a devoted husband to Tammy his wife of 32 years. God welcomed Jeffrey home on Friday, December 18, 2015. A graveside service is Wednesday December 23, 2015 at 10am at Grandview Cemetery in Pasadena, Texas.
