Jeromy Scott Graves, 39, from Baytown Texas passed away on July 11, 2017.Jeromy is survived by his daughter Sara Renee Graves, daughter Kayle Ann Graves, son Ayden McGill Graves, son Colton Scott Graves, mother Cyndie Graves, father Ricky Graves and grandmother Patricia Graves. The Viewing will be held on Sunday July 16 at 12pm and the funeral service will begin at 2pm, both held at the Paul U. Lee Funeral Home Chapel in LaPorte, Texas.
