I dont know the circumstances completely but I know that you were a good friend to me while in Galveston and I will always be grateful for that friendship we had. I wished I would have been able to hang out with you in NYC but I'll just see you in Heaven. So long Mr.

There are simply no words to convey my condolences to Jesse’s family for this senseless and avoidable tragedy.
Jesse and I shared happiness, joy, silliness, loss, grief and healing. I will carry his memory in my heart forever. I miss you, my best friend.
I was Jesse's first grade teacher at Lawhon Elementary in Brookside. I didn't have the privilege of knowing him as an adult but I remember him being a respectful, kind, thoughtful and loving young man. My daughter, Suzanne, remained friends with Jesse through the years and she always spoke well of him. My prayers and thoughts are with Jesse's family and friends.

Jesse, you have been a part of our lives for 23 years and I can't imagine not seeing your smile anymore. I love you like my own and will miss you always. Thank you for always taking the time to make all of our moments special no matter how much you had going on in your own life. Thank you for being such an amazing BFF to Roland and Ryan, they will miss you!!! I can picture you now with your sequin Angel wings, surrounded by everyone in Heaven who welcomed you with open arms.

I don't have words to express how my sympathies to Jesse's family. He was my pillar of strength when I needed it the most. The only thing bigger than his personality was the love he had for those he cared about. I am shaken to my core that he was stolen from us and I am sorry there will be a void in our lives where he once was. Thank you for everything, Jesse.
