Patricia and Bruce,
Our parents were friends for more years than we’ve been alive. They shared good times and bad but no matter what they were there for each other.
Your mom and dad were special folks. And your mom, well, there’s never been a sweeter lady. I just hope that we can be as good as they tried to teach us to be.
I’m sorry that I will not be there Thursday; I’m in Oregon and will not be able to make it back but you will be in my prayers.
Dear Patricia and Bruce: As you well know I loved your Mom so much. I was so glad I did get to see her before she passed on. I will always remember her fun ways when we were at Grand Assembly together and cleaning up the kitchen at OES. She was a dear. Our dear Lord must be having a great time with her now.
