Jim was a professional to the core. He had a high sense of responsibility and integrity. As an international client , I met him only once in the 14 years we did business. I completely trusted him and I was not disappointed. Jim was as efficient as the best could be. He gave me sound professional advice when I asked for help. I will surely miss him

It seems like Jim has always been around The Top, working on leases and absentee owners. It was just natural as could be when Dave moved to town and joined his dad in the real estate business. Everyone at Houston Top Realty appreciated the opportunity to work with Jim. Many times he made me laugh out loud and always knew he had the best interest of his clients at heart. I will always remember him as a good friend and will miss him until we meet again. Rest in Peace, my friend!

Q: Describe where James worked and what they did
A: I walked into the realty office sometime in the 90's, needing help from an honest, principled person to manage a rental property for me. I was sent over to a "newer" employee, Jim, who listened to my frustrated, direct requests; and he responded with assurances and actions. He never failed to handle any problem I threw at him, and even counseled me many times on the best solutions. He was a caring friend whom I shall miss so much. Thank you, Sandra, Dave, and Laurel for sharing his time and energy when I needed him.
