Joseph Emiel Marks III, born December 17, 1964 in Pasadena, passed away November 17, 2007 in Dubai. He is survived by wife Mara Yancey Marks, son Joseph Emiel Marks IV, stepchildren Brandon Yancey and wife Claire, Grant Yancey, Stephanie Yancey, sisters Frances Marks, Joan Marks, and many cousins and nieces.
Visitation will be held Saturday December 1 at 11 AM at Paul U. Lee La Porte Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held immediately following visitation at 12 PM.
