So blessed that our life-paths crossed. The Talbot's will always hold a special place in our hearts. Hugs to you all.
Ned Talbot is a name that will not be soon forgotten as he was someone who sought to good wherever he went, he never knew how to say no even if you hadn’t asked as he just wanted to help others and many a time I was fortunate to have him by my side no matter what the project would be.
We met 20+ years ago in my driveway as he and Sandy were neighbors two doors down from us and we began to acquaint ourselves with each other and found that we had a lot in common. We were both veterans, he was diabetic and I was pre-diabetic so he started coaching me on how to eat and most importantly exercise was something we both needed daily so for 17 years we walked 3 miles everyday rain or shine asking each other whose crazy idea this was and never figured it out so we just kept walking.
The most important thing to know about Ned is that he was dedicated to his God, Church, Family and Country. He never missed an opportunity to be involved with church and most importantly family events no matter what it involved. His children and grandchildren were everything to him, but his first love was Sandy who he met in high school many a time he would say that didn’t know what he would do without her.
Today we are without Ned but that’s ok because we are all better people because he was a part of our lives.
Walk on Ned walk on.
REST IN PEACE
