Joyce Tapp, 83, of La Porte, Texas passed away on April 5th, 2013. She was born in Dallas, Texas on February 1st, 1930 to Jack and Georgia Browning. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Earl Tapp and is survived by one son, Robert Glynn Tapp. A graveside service will be in Dallas, Texas on Friday April 12th, 2013 at 1:00PM.
