View Tribute Book Kenneth Blair Blevins passed away on Friday, January 17th, 2025, in Alvin, Texas, at the age of 40. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Wayne Blevins. Left to share Kenneth’s memory are his mother, Monica Scott; stepfather David Scott, sister, Nicole Gordon and husband Derek, Nieces Lainey and Tinsley; Stepsister Amanda Fuller and husband Jonathan, Nephews Grant and Jack, Stepbrother Benjamin Scott and wife Frances, nephews Russell, Raiden and Samuel. Fiance Angela Frabutt, daughters, Kennedy, Dallas and stepdaughter Remi; Grandmother Patricia Bourque and husband Michael Grandmother Daline Scott and a host of many other family and friends.Kenneth was a loving son, father, brother, and friend. Kenneth will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.Funeral services for Kenneth will be held at New Hope Church’s 288 campus on Saturday, January 25th, 2025. Visitation time will be from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, with the service commencing at 2:00 pm.
