My deepest condolences to you and your family for your lose. I am Michael Hernandez ' s mom and I knew your son through my son. I know what a big lose this is to Michael. Kenyon was very important to Michael as are all his friends. Michael. Cherishes his friends very much. And I know this is very difficult for him. Kenyon would often come see Michael in Austin and I know how much that meant to Michael and how much happiness he brought to Michaels life as he did to many lives I am sure. I truly sorry for the lose of your beautiful boy. And my heart goes out to you for the huge amount of pain you must endure as a mother as a sister and as a father. Just know that that that beautiful boy has left some truly good memories with his friends and gave them much joy in this life. My wish for all of the people who loved him and and knew him is that they will be able to do something positive with this deep pain.. Kenyon you were loved very much in this life!! Help your family and Friends go on and do great things..rest in peace sweet boy!!
Dawn,
I was so blessed to have the opportunity to get to know your truly outstanding son as a student in my co-op class. Kenyon's mentors at NASA/JSC were so impressed with his abilities, talents, and totally unique problem-solving skills. I can honestly say that during my teaching career of nearly 30 years now, Kenyon was one of the most intelligent, respectful, and dedicated students to enter my classroom, and he left an impression on my heart that will never be forgotten.
I will be praying for you as you move forward as Kenyon would insist that you do.
Hold those precious memoriesof Kenyon close to your heart and know that you will see your precious son again when you rejoice with him in Heaven one day.
I met Kenyon while working at La Porte High School, and I realized immediately that he was special. He was such a kind and bright young person, soft spoken and full of insight. Even though I did not work directly with him, he made a deep impression on me, and I remember him still today. It was a pleasure to have known him, and I am truly sorry for this tremendous loss. My deepest condolences and prayers go out to his family. He will be sincerely missed.
Dawn,
My heart goes out to you and the rest of your family. Kenyon was a very special person and will always be remembered by everyone that knew him.
Peace and Prayers from all of my family to yours.
I am so sorry for your unexpected loss. I miss you all so much up here and am sorry we can't be down there. Sending all my love down South.
