Khandy Ouch's Obituary
Khandy Ouch passed away in League City, Texas, on Saturday, February 28th, 2026, at the age of 68. He is survived by his children, Roth Ouch, Nary Ouch, and Narann San; brothers, Ley Ouch, and Kun Ouch; sister, Sheena Ouch; grandchildren, Olivia Thongnim, Clark Thongnim, Mason Ouch, and Madison Ouch; along with a host of many other family and friends.
Khandy was born on February 4th, 1958, in Kampot, Cambodia to parents Heoun Ouch and Chheem Khiev, the oldest brother to three siblings. He was married to Ky Tep in 1978 and they raised three children together. Khandy moved to America with his family in 1981. Initially they lived in Illinois, Ohio, and Georgia, before settling in Houston, Texas in 1995, where he became a successful restaurant owner. In 2004, Khandy suffered a stroke where he lost his mobility and speech, and he was lovingly cared for by his family for the rest of his days.
Funeral Services for Khandy will be held at Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, beginning at 2:00 pm.
