View Tribute Book On Saturday March 23, 2019 Larry Hargis loving husband and father of four children and six grandchildren passed away at the age of 67.Larry was born on November 7, 1951 in Gary, IN. to W.D. and Juanita Hargis. He was a proud member of Pipefitters Local 211 for 33 years. On December 31,1973, he married his wife Becky. They raised two sons, Larry Jr. and Matthew, and two daughters Nichole and Leslie. Larry loved the Lord with all his heart and soul. He grew up in the Reform Church, and over the years taught Sunday School and volunteered with a servant’s heart. He was a member at Crosspoint Church for the past 19 years. Larry loved long walks, berry picking and the outdoors. Larry was preceded in death by his father W.D. and his brother Wally. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Becky, his four children Nichole (Trevor),Larry Jr. (Wendy), Matthew (Renee), and Leslie (Josh), his grandchildren Joy, Jacob, Ginny, Haley, Emily, Midori and mother Juanita, sister Kathy(Carl), brother Jim, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.A memorial service to celebrate Larry's life will be held on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 11:00 am at Crosspoint Church 1134 Old Alvin Road, Pearland 77581In lieu of flowers donations may be given to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration. www.theaftd.org
