View Tribute Book Karen Garza, 59, died peacefully in her sleep on December 17th, 2023. She is predeceased by her grandmother Vivian Peterson; her father-in-law Zeke Garza; and granddaughter Logan Paige. Karen is survived by her husband Lee Garza; parents Charles and Linda Snow; siblings Lisa, Kerry, Don, and Michael Snow; her children Dustin Seymour and fiancé, Molly, Brittni Gurganious and husband, Kevin, her two grandchildren Kaydence and Ellie, and an extended family so large the state of Texas couldn't contain them all. Karen was born in Pasadena, Texas on December 31, 1963. Blessed with the kindest heart and a radiant smile, she became a wonderful mother after high school and always put her children and family first. Though she had many jobs she loved, her favorite was working as a teacher's assistant for children with special needs at the Pasadena Independent School District. Later in life she enjoyed hunting with her husband Lee, cooking, taking care of their dogs, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. Her life will be celebrated on December 27, 2023, 2 - 4 pm at Clayton Funeral and Cemetery Services 201 South 3rd St. La Porte, Texas 77571.
