Born on July 12, 1942, Linda was known for her respectful and kind demeanor, touching the lives of all who knew her.Linda graduated 5th in her class from Texas A&M Kingsville, where she earned a degree in teaching. She was a proud member of Delta Kappa Gamma. Her passion for education led her to obtain a Masters in Education and Counseling. After a fulfilling career in teaching, Linda retired and authored two children's books, leaving a lasting impact on the literary and educational communities.Linda is survived by her daughters, Gretchen Grotz, Lisa Thomson, and Annette Grotz; son-in-law, Christopher Thomson; grandsons, Tristan, William, Alex Klinetobe, and Hayden Grotz; and brother, Mark Erickson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Grotz; son, Justin Grotz; and brothers, John, Dr. Lance, and David Erickson.Services will be held on Monday, August 5th at 3:00 PM at Clayton Funeral Homes, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas.
