Linda Sue Torrence's Obituary
Linda Sue Torrence, 72, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Marjorie Williams. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Daniel A. Torrence; son, trace Torrence and his wife, Amanda; daughter, Mandy Hissey and her husband, Chuck Hissey; brother, Robert Williams; grandchildren, Aidan Torrence, Madeline Torrence, Conner Torrence and Payton Hissey; and a host of other family and friends.
Linda was born in Greensboro, North Carolina and graduated from Grimsley High School. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother that cherished spending time with her family. Linda had an amazing heart and was an active Victim’s Advocate for Mothers Against Drunk Drivers for many years. She enjoyed gardening, going to the movies, cars and playing with her adorable dogs. Linda will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
A graveside service for Linda will be held Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Conroe Memorial Park, 1600 Porter Road, Conroe, TX 77301.
