View Tribute Book Mable Lean Morrow was born November 13, 1932, to Eugene and Annie Roy, in College Station, Texas, and passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023, in Pearland, Texas.Mable was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who was funny, quick witted, and always a joy to be around. She had a servant’s heart and enjoyed taking care of people. Mable had a successful career as a nurse’s aide. She was married to the love of her life, Willie Morrow, for 67 wonderful years. Early on in their marriage, while Willie was in the military, they lived in many places around the world and a love of travel grew. Some of the places they were blessed to see were Panama, Germany, Europe and Okanawa. Mable cherished her family and loved family gatherings. She was an avid reader, and in her spare time, she enjoyed bowling, and gambling, she especially loved going to bingo. Mable will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.Mable is preceded in death by her parents; brother Eugene Roy Jr.; and sister Ada Pearl Forks. She is survived by her loving husband, Willie B. Morrow; daughters Carolyn Oliver, Pamela Morrow and husband, Hercules Hagerman, Tracy Morrow; grandchildren Willie Oliver, Bryan Morrow, Kesha Hagerman, Kemane Hagerman, Andre Azosa Hegerman; great grandchildren Miaya Oliver, Zayah Hagerman, and a host of many other family and friends.Services for Mabel will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas. Visitation is scheduled from 10:00 – 11:00 am, the funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, interment will follow at Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery, in Pearland, Texas.
