Martha Carol Bell, 80 from LaPorte, Texas died August 10, 2015. Born in Sheffield, Alabama on June 8, 1935 to Worth Hovater and Leona Gerber. She is survived by her son Richard Bell of Houston; daughter Jana Wood of LaPorte; grandson Jason Pomonis and wife Lori; great grandsons Max and Dallan; sister Nina Barber of Houston. Visitation will be August 15, 2015 from 12-2pm at Paul U. Lee LaPorte Funeral Home services to follow with burial at Grand View Memorial Park in Pasadena at 3pm.
