Mary Zaremba's Obituary
Mary Zaremba, 81, passed away Monday, September 20, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents Josef and Ewa Adamczyk. Left to cherish Mary’s memory are her loving husband, of 61 years, Chester Zaremba; sons Ed Zaremba and wife, Elizabeth, Bob Zaremba and wife, Martha; three brothers; two sisters; granddaughter Rebecca Joy Zaremba, and a host of many other dear family and friends.
Mary was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who cherished her family. She brightened everyone’s life who knew her. With her kind words, genuine warmth, and love she was a joy to be around. Mary loved to travel, bicycle, hike, garden, play tennis, and snow ski. Most of all she enjoyed time spent camping with her family. She was extremely proud to have camped in every National Park in the United States. While driving across the country, she taught her sons about the details and history of the amazing scenery of the US. Laughter was an important part of every day for Mary, telling stories and reminiscing about her life on the farm in Minnesota with her parents and siblings. Mary was an avid reader and enjoyed sharing her knowledge with everyone. Her other passions included sewing and knitting, and she would often cook delicious meals and desserts. Mary was strong in her faith and loved the Lord. She often mentioned how the Lord had blessed her family through all the journeys of life. Mary will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Services for Mary will be held at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 23rd, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday, September 24th, at 10:00 am, with pastor Tim Liston officiating. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery, in Pearland, Texas.
