He is preceded in death by his father Milton Eugeen Pulver, and daughter Dominique Pulver. Left to cherish his memory are his mother Baby Bee Pulver; loving wife Terri Pulver; son Melvin Pulver; daughters Michelle Benford and husband, Howard, Melora Pulver, Kelly McReynolds, Amanda Hart; grandchildren Grady, Tiffany, Jason, Jerimiah, Michael, Melora Mae, Danielle, Elijah, Travis, McKensie, Dominique, Hayley, Katlyn, Christopher, Cameron, Caleb, Emma; great grandchildren Bradlee, Zoey, Alora, Juliet, Konner, Kennedy, and a host of many other family and friends.Mel was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who adored his family. He especially cherished spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mel was a wonderful provider who had a successful career as a subcontractor with MJP Construction. He was a hardworking, quiet man, who was always extremely loyal and dependable. In his spare time, Mel loved playing poker, and fishing at his favorite spots. He also loved playing dominoes, even though it was known that he cheated. Mel will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.A memorial service for Mell will be held at 2:00 pm, on Friday, October 13, 2023, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas, 77581, with Dr. Keith Anderson officiating.
