Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Melanie Cook. We were privileged to meet her at Anthony’s graduation from Ft. Sam Houston. I could tell how proud she was of him. May God be with the family at this difficult time and know her memories will remain with you always.

I was heartbroken to hear about your wife. I never met her, but if she was anything like you then she was someone I would have enjoyed talking to. Been praying for you and will continue to do so. Melanie will be missed at the Knapp Senior Center. She was a big presence and was very caring and helpful.
Melanie was a sweet lady and I was blessed have met her. My prayers are with all of you.

I am writing this condolence for my mother Mary B. Martinez, who attended the Pearland Senior Citizen program where my mother met Melanie. We were always told how very nice Melanie was to her. My mother has been really enjoyed knowing her and she will be greatly missed by not only my mother but many other seniors that had come to know her as a dear friend!
