Nora Foshee's Obituary
Nora Foshee, 91 of LaPorte Texas went to be with the Lord on March 6, 2021. She was born in Glen Flora, Wharton County Texas to Joseph S. and Katherine Morris on January 9, 1930. Nora was a resident of LaPorte since her early childhood. She married the love of her life, Floyd Foshee, on August 14, 1948.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, and two sisters. Nora is survived by her son; Doug Foshee and wife Clara of Taos New Mexico, step granddaughter; Joy Garcia and husband Ted, sister in laws; Irene Foshee, and Marilyn Morris, God granddaughter; Angela Hughes, many nieces, nephews, and a host of other family, church family and friends. Nora will be missed by all who loved her and knew her.
Honorary Pallbearers are Richard Tarver, Ricky Tarver, Thomas Barrera, Danny Armstrong, Daryl Bitner, and Burt Bitner.
Services for Nora will be: Visitation 2:00 – 4:00 PM Wednesday March 10th at the Clayton Funeral Home 201 S 3rd St, LaPorte. Interment will be at Grand View Cemetery, in Pasadena, Texas. In lieu of flowers make donations in Nora's memory to Monument Baptist Church 3602 East Blvd, Deer Park, Texas 77536
