Parmer Freeman's Obituary
Parmer Freeman, 85, passed away on May 30, 2011. He is preceded in death his parents, Marion and Trixie Freeman; and sons, Randy Freeman and Tony Freeman. Parmer is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Aileen; their many friends in the Country Place community; and a host of many other family and friends.
Parmer served in World War II in the 82nd Airborne. He parachuted into Germany three different times and help liberate three of the concentration camps; one being Auschwitz. Parmer was a proud American and loved his country. He and Aileen enjoyed living at Country Place for many years. Parmer enjoyed playing and teaching others how to play tennis. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
A Memorial Service for Parmer will be on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 10:00 am at Clayton Funeral Home at 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Parmer’s honor to the Compassionate Care Facility at 309 FM 517 East, Dickinson, TX 77539.
