We miss you Patrick.
This still feels like a dream, Patrick. We all miss you very much, I know you and my Dad are having a good time. I have been thinking about a lot lately, hopefully whenever God blesses my family with children if I have a son…in honor of you….his middle name will be Patrick. I wanted to share that. We all miss you dearly Patrick….continue to RIP.
I am just learning of Patrick’s passing and wanted to send my sympathies to the family. I remember Patrick as being such a sweet young man when I would see him outside and talk to him. I’m your neighbor, Kristen who used to live at 1114 Newhaven Trail. I’m so sorry for your loss and am praying for you all.
To the Osayande family,
When my dad told me about the loss of your son and brother, Patrick, my heart broke for you all. He reminded me that as children, we’d in fact met at your home—I’m sure that we enjoyed ourselves, especially being close in age.
To Patrick’s parents: Thinking about that snapshot of time, one of many good memories my parents created for me and my siblings, I have a feeling that you both did the same for your son and will continue to do so for your other children. In addition to building a life here for us, your celebration of our achievements, your guidance, and your support in our low moments have not been in vain. From what I’ve read about Patrick, he grew up to be a kind, intelligent, and much liked individual which is definitely a reflection of his upbringing. I have no doubt that he was grateful for you.
To Patrick’s sisters: I can only imagine what you are feeling and deeply hope that someday, you’ll know a type of peace that will allow you to smile again. Please lean on available resources for strength.
Sincerely,
Eghe Ehiman

Where do I start …..,
I could not have asked for a better child, in my eyes my son was almost perfect. He knew when I am happy and when I am not so happy; He knew exactly what to do to lift me up, even when I don’t respond he would usually say “ mom I am just trying to carry a conversation” who is going take my car for a wash and fill up the gas tank at the appropriate time? Who is going to make barbecue and air fry vegetables waiting for us for when we have been gone on a trip because he knew we will be hungry coming back from the trip. Getting gadget for virtually everything I need, like gadget to check for when I need to water my live plants, gadgets to check battery life, timer. Etc My fixer upper, from the air conditioner to water heater, to dripping toilet or bathroom appliances. I will forever miss you my son with a beautiful soul and selfless heart, putting others needs above his. He will literally give the shirt off his back. God giveth and God taketh away. I love you my son Patrick jr, ikponmwosa Osakpasenalegbina Osayande but God loved you more. We will surely meet again on that last day in Jesus’ bosom.
I gonna believe that God is up to something good, I am gonna believe that God is up to something good; even when I don’t understand all that is happening in my life. I am going to believe that you are up to something good. God will never leave us nor forsake us, that is what you are. I am going to believe that you are up to something Good.
Sleep on my beloved Sleep on my child
