Patrick Eugene Wells' Obituary
Patrick Eugene Wells, 77, passed away August 9, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Margaret Wells. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Patrick Wells, Joe Wells and wife, Shelly; grandchildren, Alexis, Levi, Shelby, and Heather; great grandson, Merssi, and a host of other family and dear friends.
Patrick honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a tough, hardworking man who provided a very good life for his family. Patrick was an outdoorsman. He enjoyed time spent barbecuing and smoking meat. Patrick loved to go hunting and was an avid deer hunter. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Services for Patrick will be held at Clayton Funeral Home, 201 S. 3rd Street, La Porte, Texas. Visitation is scheduled on Monday, August 17th 2020, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 18th, at 10:30 am. Interment will follow with Military Honors at Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
