Pete was a ruthless backgammon player, Rachel Maddow groupie, art collector, and food appreciator. Cooking for him was a joy. Stories about his exploits and all the broken bones he sustained in his life were incredible. His love for you girls had no bounds. I will never look at the ocean or hear a bad dad joke without smiling. Love to you and peace.
Pete was a very dear friend of mine ever since we met at Northrop University. We had a great time being dormitory suite-mates. I will always remember Pete's ever present pleasant smile that radiated from his lips to his eyes. He had an easy going and calming personality. When we chatted, we recalled our fun times at the dorm, pub crawling in Westwood and Marina Del Rey, the spontaneous flights from Long Beach to Catalina Island for a buffalo burger lunch, and especially the chess games. Pete had a big heart and always had a way to bring happiness to those around him. I will surely miss you my friend. Added a picture of Pete during an evening at the dorm.
