Phyllis Ann Sewell, 71 of LaPorte died on July 25, 2015. She was born June 26, 1944 to Dwight Coulter and Linnie King in Cottonplant, AR. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles. She is survived by her children Christine Jorgensen and husband Eric, Charles Sewell III, and wife Rika and Amanda Simmons and husband Tim. Grandchildren Rachel Socie and husband Adam, Sarah Kimbrough and husband Matt, Celine, Lauren and Chase Sewell. Great Grandchildren Audrey, Laura, Mattie and Hazel. A memorial service is planned for Friday July 31, 2015 at 6pm at Paul U. Lee LaPorte funeral home.
