Rafael Ortiz Farias' Obituary
Rafael Ortiz Farias Jr., 45, passed away on October 1, 2013. He is survived by his parents, Rafael and Maria Farias Sr.; sons, Rafael Christopher Farias, Benjamin Israel Farias; daughters, Nicole Brown, Genesis, Ruth and Geovanna Farias; brothers, Sergio, Jaime, Alejandro and Fabian Farias; sisters, Rosa Farias, Ana Salazar, Irma Farias, Gloria Brito; grandchildren, Trinity Farias; and a host of other family and friends.
Rafael lived his life to the fullest and always maintained a positive outlook. He enjoyed dancing, entertaining friends and family with his jokes and barbecuing. Rafael cherished spending time with all of his children and always putting them first. His faith in God was a big part of his life. Rafael always loved calling and staying in contact with all his children and his new granddaughter. He will forever be remembered for his caring nature and for always having a smile. Rafael will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 5:00 until 8:00 pm with a Rosary at 6:00 pm at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, October 4, 2013 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with the interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Houston.
