My husband and I were neighbors to Ray and his mother in Manvel and out of the many neighbors we’ve had throughout the years Ray was the most caring and loving neighbor of all. I wish we would’ve known and I am so sorry. You will never know what you meant to the two of us! We love you, our sweet neighbor.
