Raul "Rudy" Salazar's Obituary
Raul Salazar passed away Monday, April 26, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents Rafael & Maria Elena Salazar. Left to cherish Raul’s memory are his brothers Arnold Salazar and wife, Romana, Ruben Salazar and wife, Lupita, David Salazar, Richard Salazar, Freddy Salazar, George Salazar and wife, Margarita, Rafael Salazar Jr.; sisters Leticia Salazar, Mary Santa Maria, Ida Cardenas and husband, Eduardo, and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Raul had a big heart and a beautiful smile. He loved classic cars and going to car shows and Tejano music and attending concerts. Raul enjoyed family gatherings, barbeques and especially opportunities to play and joke with his nieces and nephews. Raul was loved by so many, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Services for Raul will be held at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas. The visitation is scheduled Monday, May 3rd, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, with a Rosary recited at 6:00 pm. The funeral service is scheduled on Tuesday, May 4, 2020, at 10:00 am, with Deacon Richard Reyes officiating. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery.
