He is preceded in death by his parents Barney H. and Louise Grace Osburn, and sister, Sheryl Rogers. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Annette Brashier Osburn; sons, Micah Shane Osburn, and Lucas Holden Osburn and wife Ashley; and a host of other family and friends.Reagan loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed helping his sons raise livestock for their 4H/FFA projects. Reagan also loved family reunions and getting to be with all his relatives. He worked for Chevron Phillips in Pasadena for 45 years where he met many lifelong friends.Reagan thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors. He loved hunting with friends and family out at their deer lease. He also loved to get out on the lake and fish with his cousins. He loved taking care of his property and working with his cows.Services for Reagan will be held Friday, July 12, 2024, with a Visitation from 5:00-6:00 PM and a Funeral Service following at 6:00 PM. Interment will take place on Saturday, July 13, at 2:00 PM at the East Owensville Cemetery in Franklin, Texas.In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the American Diabetes Association.
