I'm so sorry to hear of Richard's passing. I recently spoke to him about a M. B. Smiley High School 50Th reunion and sent him a letter last week about the reunion.

Our deepest sympathy to the Bowles family. Ron worked with Whitey at HL&P for many, many years until retirement. I did not have the pleasure of knowing him as long. However, when he came to the Limestone Plant, he was a ray of sunshine. I enjoyed knowing Whitey and know that he will truly be missed. Ron and I were both blessed by knowing him.
May God sustain you during this time of sorrow.
