Robert Blair Freiley, 51, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Freiley; and brother, Cliff Freiley. Blair is survived by his mother, Mary Freiley; his loving wife, Shelle; sons, J Read Obituary
Blair will be missed as an employee of the City of Galveston, a water operator, and a member of the Gulf Area Utility Association. We were all saddened by his passing and our prayers are with his family.

I worked for the City of Pearland for a few years, in both the Water & Wastewater Depts. He was always such a joy to be around. This world has lost a truly kind and generous soul.
I am so sorry for your loss. Blair was such a friendly man. When ever I would see him in the store he would always take time to stop and talk. My thoughts and prayers for all of you.

We are so very sorry to hear about Blair and your dad’s passing. We will always remember the nights he was here talking away about life and our talks especially about Stacey and Katie. hehe We will always remember waving to him as he passed the house on the way to his mom’s house almost every night to check in on her and his dad. Gosh, just can’t believe it. I know he loved each of you kids very much!!! He always had a great sense of humor and watching him laugh was infectious. May you feel God’s arms around you during this time and may you find comfort and peace knowing that there are a lot of other people sharing your sadness. We love y’all very much!!
