Robert Donald Robberson II, a resident of Rosharon passed from this life to join the Lord on Monday, August 2, 2021 at the age of 63 years. He is preceded in death by the father Robert Donald Robberson; stepfather William Dub Hastedt; brother Ray Robberson; grandparents Charles and Florene May Miller. Left to cherish Robert’s memory are his mother Sharon Hastedt; loving wife Cayla Robberson; son Robert A. Robberson; daughters Amanda Heidrick, Amie Robberson; step daughter Shauna Curtis; brother Randy Hastedt and wife, Dana; sisters Rhonda Robberson, Renee Dunkin and husband, Marvin; sister-in-laws Jacqueline Robberson, Debbie Bower and husband, Steve, Denise Rawlings and husband, William “Bill”, Melissa “Missy” Hamilton; grandchildren Orion Robberson, Jake Champagne, Christina Heidrick, Daisy Heidrick, River Heidrick, Logan Heidrick, Levin Curtis-Considine, and a host of so many other dear family and friends.
Robert loved his family dearly. He was a wonderful husband, father, and provider. Robert enjoyed time spent with his family more than anything, whether it was a barbeque or just sitting down and talking about the day. He and his wife Cayla truly enjoyed traveling and taking a cruise was their favorite. Robert was an avid Astros and Texans fan. Robert also loved music. Throughout his life he would take his kids to various concerts. Robert loved life and truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Services for Robert will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas. Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm with Marvin Dunkin officiating. Interment will follow at Confederate Cemetery in Alvin, Texas.
