When I became the assistant principal at Baker Junior High, Roberta told me there were two things I had to do in my new job. The first was to take care of Mr. Philips and the second order was to never be late on my paperwork. If I made the paperwork late, it reflected on her and on the school. She said she knew Baker was already the best because she and Mr. Phillips were there and kept it the best. I was never late with my paperwork!
