Rose Ruiz's Obituary
Rose S. Ruiz, 76, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Alejandra Saenz; brothers Joe Saenz, John Saenz; and sister Petra Padilla. Left to cherish Rose’s memory are her loving husband, of 57 years, Fidencio S. Ruiz; daughters Selina Broussard and husband, Chris, Marina Richard and husband, Randy, Alicia Caballero and husband, Henry, Vanessa Cabrales and husband, Drew; brother, Dan Saenz; sister, Ofelia Vanden Bosch; grandchildren, C-man, Rachal, Ryan, Brandon, Erin, Celi, Kevin, Dez, Madison, Andrew; 11 great grandchildren, and a host of other dear family and friends.
Rose’s biggest joy in life was her family, and she always made taking care of her husband her number one priority. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Rose had a successful career with Pan American and Aero Mexico. She and Fidencio were blessed to have traveled all over the world. Rose cherished time spent with her family and she was affectionately known as “Momo” to all her grandchildren. Rose enjoyed a good pizza and beer, playing her favorite slot machines, and a McDonald’s Caramel Frappe. It was the simple things in life that made Rose the happiest. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
