Q: Describe where Samuel worked and what they did
A: I met Sammy the first time in September 1999 when I came to the village of Orahovac/ Rahovec in Kosivo together with seven other german police officers serving with UNMIK. I‘ll remember Sammy‘s professionalism as investigator and I always liked his contagious laughter. After nine month in service the german police officers rotated back to their departments at home and I never met Sammy. Nevertheless he’s one individual of international family of police officers I met in missions abroad whom I’ll never forget.
