Shailesh is survived by his wife, Smita Parikh, of 50 years, sons Shyam and wife Angelee Parikh, Ram and wife Sonal Parikh, and grandchildren Surya (Dhingli), Sarena (Babli), Sanya (Dhoklu), and Krish (Bablo). He was best known for his passion of family, friends, and entertaining. Those who knew him described him as an "amazing person", "a legend", "hilarious", and "big hearted". His grandchildren will remember him for his endless hugs, cologne, and love. The funeral service will be held at Clayton Funeral Home, located at 5530 Broadway Street Pearland, Texas, on February 16, 2023. Hindu ceremony will start at 9 a.m. followed by visitation at 10 a.m.
