Shirley was a wonderful teacher, role model and friend for all of her sisters in Delta Kappa Gamma. She faithfully served her Eta Delta chapter as treasurer for many years and mentored many of us in ways we will for ever be grateful for. She will be missed but her legacy lives on with each of us who were privileged to know and love her. A rose will forever bloom for her.
My condolences , I remember Miss Cousins , she was my teacher back in the day , early 60`s , at Jackson Jr High .
