Dear Ragin Family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

We have so many cherished memories of Shirley. We first met as cul-de-sac neighbors 30+ years ago, and our kids all became friends. Shirley was an awesome and inspiring mom not only to her children, but to our sons as well. To this day, our sons consider Mrs. Shirley as their second mom.

She was the best friend ever! We have so many great memories of the times we spent together. We would talk to each other for hours at a time. You would always come away laughing and smiling and feeling so happy after spending time with Shirley.

She will be in our hearts forever.
