View Tribute Book Son Hong Nguyen, 69, was born February 7, 1954, in Saigon, Vietnam, and passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023, in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father Ngan Van Nguyen, and mother Nhi T. Tran. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Tot Dinh; son Tung Thanh Nguyen and wife, Diem Thi Thuy Pham; daughter Thao Thanh Nguyen and husband, Thien Tan Phan; brothers Thong Nguyen, Hue Nguyen; sisters Bach Yen Nguyen, Ngoc Loan Nguyen; grandchildren Nhien Hao Phan, Nguyen Thao Nguyen Phan, Thien Hao Phan, Hanna Uyen Nguyen, Anna Thien Nguyen, and a host of many other family and friends.Son was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who cherished his family and adored his grandchildren. He was happiest when he was together with his family at events and parties, and he loved it when he was able to care for his grandchildren. In his spare time, Son enjoyed watching soccer on television. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.Services for Son will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023. A funeral mass will be held at 9:00 am, at the Vietnamese Martyr Catholic Church, in Houston, Texas. A private visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, at Clayton Funeral Home, in Pearland, Texas
