View Tribute Book Steven “Fuzz” Wayne Ross, 62, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Inez Ross. Steven is survived by his loving wife, Mavis L. Ross; brother, Harold Ross and wife, Brenda; sisters, Stephanie Nichols and husband, Curt and Susan Varner and husband, Sam; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other family and dear friends.Steven was a loving and devoted husband. Family was of great importance to him and he enjoyed spending quality time during family gatherings. Steven found great pleasure in watching the Gunsmoke television series. While in high school, he was active in ROTC, was patriotic and proudly served his country in the U. S. Army. Steven had a strong work ethic and was employed as a dispatcher for Commercial Metals for 25 years. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.The family would like to thank the Heart to Heart Hospice and Linda’s caregivers for the loving care given to Steven. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Leukemia Society.Services for Steven will be held at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. The Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 11:00 am with Pastor Jerry Stark officiating.
