I’m so sorry Ted, I was unable to speak with you before your passing. We had been playing “ phone tag” and I kept ringing your cell phone, not knowing while it was on; and we couldn’t connect. But to see you again, and your passing on a special day for my wife and myself. Truly amazing, Ted must have answered to Jesus when asked if Ted was ready to go…probably answered…..” Yes, I’ve had sufficient”. I’ll miss you my friend!

My memories of evenings full of laughter, dinner, dance and shows with Ted, Josie, Joe and Viola are vivid. During the late 1960s, early 1970s, we would dress in our finest, meet at the International Club, Shamrock Hilton or the Cork Club, downtown Houston and enjoy fun filled evenings. Oh, to turn back the hands of time!!
