Thomas Odell Rice, Jr. passed away on Monday, July 4 at the age of 86. Tom resided with his wife Anne for the last 25 years in Pearland, Texas, but he lived and traveled all over the world. Tom was born on December 7, 1929 in Fred Read Obituary

You were the best contract manager I have ever worked with. You gave me some great advice back in 1982, and you were always very supportive of the younger engineers. I will never forget your kindness and your professionalism, and most of all, I will NEVER forget your raucous laugh! With that laugh.......you made the workplace fun.
