Toby Douglas Boyer, 59, of Houston, passed away on November 10, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mabel Boyer; wife, Marsha Boyer; son, Toby Boyer, and brothers, Timothy and Teddy Boyer. Toby is survived by Read Obituary
Hard to believe 3 years have passed by. Reading over the comments and attending the service, I know how loved you were by family and friends. May we all leave a legacy like yours.
Toby was a great man and helped me in many ways, Always will be in my heart.
I am very saddened. Mr Boyer was my defense attorney in 1992. He was a very honest attorney and a well-rounded guy. I never forgot him and I never will. To the family, my deepest condolences. I was looking up Toby to send him a copy of my book, but as I sit here on this Sunday morning, I am crushed. Rest in peace Mr. Boyer.
Wow, I am just now learning of this. Toby was not only my lawyer I used but my dear friend from choir at the church. Back when we sang together at First Baptist of Bellaire. I will miss him dearly. The world has lost a great gentle man and baritone singer. R.I.P. Toby
Hello my name is Frank Carrizales. I was looking for Toby to tell him how grateful I was because of how he helped me get a second chance at getting my life back! He was my attorney for over 10 years! I just found out about him passing away and I just can’t believe I wasn’t able to share with him the good news I wanted to discuss with him! It’s because of Toby and his faith that I am here today and I am forever grateful and thankful for everything he did for me through the years! To the family I am so sorry for ur loss! Toby was more than my lawyer. He was my friend.. I just found out about his passing and im saddenedby it. He was a credit to the legal field and humanity in general.. May his soul rest in peace.. To his kids who he loved, may the Lord provide comfort for you in his passing…
