Tomie “Tom” Cook Bailey, 72, passed away Monday, January 4, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, L.T. and Mary Bailey; and brother, Jack Gibson. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Bettie Bailey; son, Mark Bai Read Obituary
This man showed us all how to love and serve the Lord with our full hearts, not with words but with action. I am so blessed to have known him, he was a blessing in my life. I will miss him here on earth but will be looking forward to seeing him again in Heaven. My prayers to his special wife and family for God's comforting. Love you Bettie and family.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. and Mrs. Bailey at the photography studio for several years. During my time working for him, I saw how much love he had for his family and Christ. He is gone, but the laughs and memories he blessed us with will be cherished by all who knew him.
God bless your family and friends. Heaven has gained a new angel.

So sorry for your loss !!! We can walk through our home and see beautiful memories created by Tom and Betty in the form of beautiful family pictures . Tom was a very pleasant man to be around and I know will be missed ! Prayers and love for all the family !!!

More than 50 years ago, Tom and I were involved in some soul winning efforts, and those endeavors served as a catalyst that made me realize the preparation necessary to “be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you.” As a result, I became a much more diligent student of God’s Word. I just learned of Mr. Bailey's passing this evening and I am so very, very sorry for your loss. He was such a wonderfully fun and loving man and I have really fond memories of my time with your family. I'll cherish the pictures he took of my daughter with your real bunnies even more as they were the last time we got to visit together. My thoughts, prayers and love are with you.
Mr. Bailey was an incredible person. I remember him always with a smile on his face and so friendly. He photographed both our daughter' s (DeLynn & Brenda) graduation pictures at North Houston Christian School and both our daughter's weddings.
We had family photos done and he was able to get our granddaughter to smile, and she never smiled for strangers. He was such a friendly person.
