More than 50 years ago, Tom and I were involved in some soul winning efforts, and those endeavors served as a catalyst that made me realize the preparation necessary to “be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you.” As a result, I became a much more diligent student of God’s Word.
