The best hunting and fishing bud , would get up at 2 am to deliver milk & darie products and be sick as hell with sinus issues , best man at my wedding , we came in 2nd at Galveston hall of fame for Jacks and almost placed in 1992 with two massive sting rays from west beach one night. I have a pic priceless of him with a young Tiger shark and Jetty standing to the side posing as I ask her like a Hawaiian tropic model . Jerry powers rest my friend

Troy, you are one of the greatest men I’ve ever known. I will forever love and miss you. You are my best friend and I’m truly lost without you. I’m a better person because of you. I love you.
I was so saddened to hear about Troy’s passing. I hope and pray your family will have the strength during this time of loss. The last time I saw Troy was at my brother Steve’s celebration of life four years ago. Troy and Steve were friends while attending Westfield High School.
I will always remembered Troy as the guy with the big belt buckle, friendly and caring guy. Attached is a picture of Troy and Jamie in 1982.

You loved me with all your heart and soul you cradled me at night you held my hand you opened the door for me you comforted me on the worst of times you looked into my eyes and told me multiple times throughout the day how much you loved me! People thought we were crazy the amount of times we talked or text on the phone on a daily basis we were best friends we were soul mates and you will always be my NOTEBOOK and you made it easy for me to love you!! You lived and loved life and I’m blessed to have been a part of it for 16 year...so many wonderful memories that I will cherish forever! I love you sweetheart and I will see you again someday.
