Wayne Floyd Hovey, 82, of La Porte, Texas passed away on February 23rd, 2014. He was born in La Porte, Texas on June 24th, 1931 to Willard and Clara Hovey. He is survived by his wife Virginia Hovey, children Larry Wayne Hovey and wife Lourdes, Brenda Campbell and husband Frank, siblings Eugene Hovey, Julian Hovey, grandchildren Clint Hovey and Heather Campbell. A memorial service will be at the La Porte Community Church on Thursday February 27th, 2014 10:00AM. In lieu of usual remembrances donations may be made to the La Porte Community Church.
