View Tribute Book William “Bill” Arnold Ellis, 75, was born on June 13, 1948, in Houston, Texas, to William and Mary Ellis, and passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023, in Pearland, Texas.Bill was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who would do anything for his family. He was married to the love of his life, Joyce, for 51 wonderful years. Bill was a proud and successful electrical contractor business owner for 47 years. He had a special red head that he loved to work with. He was a wonderful provider for his family and a very generous person. Bill was a cowboy in every sense of the word. He loved raising horses, being a Team Roper, and watching his children compete. Bill cherished his granddaughter; she was the light of his life. He also had many nieces and nephews whom he adored. Bill was always up for an adventure, and he loved to travel whenever he could. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.Bill is preceded in death by his parents, and sister Sue Terry. He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Collins Ellis; sons Willie Ellis, Slick Ellis and wife, JamieKay, Corey Joseph Ellis and fiancé, Amy Lynn; and granddaughter Oakley Kay Ellis.
